I have always been passionate about fitness since my youth. It was the one thing that always felt right to do while growing up. Around 15/16, I began to get more serious about fitness. By researching different exercises, the benefits and suggested exercise methods, I started to build my fitness routine, experiment with different techniques, etc. With time I developed a deeper love for the results and just the sheer atmosphere of exercising brought out a spirit to see just how far I could go. Eventually, I decided to get certified as I wanted to help others feel the same as I do, and I believe one must be properly qualified to coach/teach anyone how to work on their fitness goals.​My desire to keep learning how to apply the knowledge I've gained will forever be the foundation I use to approach my clients' fitness programs, whether their goals are simply general fitness, strength goals or even competing.
