My name is Matthew Thompson

I am an International Sports Sciences Association(ISSA) Certified Personal Trainer. I have always been a fitness enthusiast and am now trying to bring that enthusiasm to my clients!

Here at Metamorph Fitness, all our services and programs are accessible via our training app, which allows you to access your training, trainer, knowledge, and guidance from anywhere in the world! 

 

Our Online Personal Training is tailored to satisfy your specific needs and goals.

 

Our On-Demand Workout Library provides short 5, 10, 20 & 30-minute training for those who have little time to dedicate to training.

 

Our Gym & At-Home Training Programs are designed to focus on either Strength, Hypertrophy or General Conditioning.

Our Online Nutrition Coaching is developed to guide your decisions in accordance with your nutritional needs & goals.

  • How are the training programs designed?
    Our Gym & At-Home Training Programs are pre-designed based on the goal of the program. Our Online Personal Training programs are designed and tuned for you to achieve your stated goals.
  • Do I need equipment or a gym membership to receive training?
    If you are an Online Personal Training client, no, you do not. We provide personal training capable of being completed anywhere you are, whether it be at home, gym or on vacation. If you are subscribed to our On-Demand Workout Library, only for the workouts shown in the Gym Category. Our Gym & At-Home Training Programs are sold as either a Gym option or an At-Home Option.
  • Do you charge extra for nutritional guidance and a diet plan?
    Nutritional Coaching is only a part of our Online Personal Training package. If you subscribed to our On-Demand Workout Library or have purchased a Gym & At-Home Training Program, Nutritional Coaching is NOT included in those products and will have to be purchased separately.
  • How do you charge for your services and programs?
    Online Personal Training, Online Nutrition Coaching, and the On-Demand Workout Library are billed monthly as subscriptions, with the option to opt for 3-month, 6-month, or annual subscriptions. The Gym & At-Home Training Programs are one-time purchases; you can access them for up to 24 months.
  • How do we access our training program?
    You will be given access to a training app we use to provide all our services.
  • What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?
    We recommend the following fitness equipment: Resistance Bands (Loops & Hooks) Dumbbells Weight Lifting Belt Dip Belt with Chain Weighted Vest Exercise Mat Jump Rope Core Sliders Exercise Ball
  • Do you offer In-Person/Video Coaching as part of the Online Personal Training?
    They are not included in the Online Personal Training package. However, you may request and schedule such sessions at an extra cost of $35.99 USD per session.
  • What does Habit Tracking entail?
    Habit tracking involves keeping current on various aspects of your daily life. For example, Sleep, Water Intake, Morning/Night Routine, Digestion, etc.
  • What is the onboarding process for the On-Demand Workout Library?
    During the onboarding process, you are to fill out the required forms which will be sent in the follow-up email. The forms you will fill out are Par-Q Form Liability Waiver Once the forms have been completed, you may download the app once the email has been received and enter your health metrics(age, height, weight) and Before pictures.
  • What is the onboarding process for Online Personal Training?
    During the onboarding process, you must fill out the required forms, which will be sent in the follow-up email. The forms you will fill out are Comprehensive Client Information Exercise History Questionnaire Medical & Health History Questionnaire Nutrition Questionnaire Par-Q Form Medical Release (Only necessary for clients that may need medical clearance from their doctor.) By keeping track of these habits, you can identify areas for improvement and make positive changes to your lifestyle.
  • Do you offer In-Person/Video Coaching as part of the Online Personal Training?
    They are not included in the Online Personal Training package. However, you may request and schedule such sessions at an extra cost of $35.99 USD per session.
  • What is the On-Demand Workout Library?
    The On-Demand Workout Library contains workouts varying between 5 minutes, 10 minutes, 20 minutes & 30 minutes all for the purposes listed below: Mobility Stretches(Static & Active) At-Home Gym Yoga
  • Do I receive any additional information as part of my purchase?
    Our Online Personal Training also comes with the following: In-Depth Guide to Exercise Execution In-Depth Guide to Nutrition Habits & Discipline Guide
